Use our Canva templates to create professional materials for your events.

Access the Design: Click on the shared link to view the Canva design. This link will take you to a view-only version of the design.
Make a Copy: Look for the File menu towards the upper-left corner of the screen while in view mode. (If you do not see the File menu, you may need to sign in to your Canva account or create one if you haven't already.) Within the File menu, select Make a copy.
Edit Your Copy: After selecting Make a copy, Canva will automatically create a duplicate of the original design and open it for editing. This copy is now saved in your Canva account, and you can start customizing it right away.
Save Your Design: As you make changes, Canva auto-saves your work. You can also click on the File menu again and choose Save to ensure all your edits are kept.
Download or Share: Once you’re satisfied with your customizations, you can download your design or share it directly from Canva. To do this, click on the Share button located towards the top right corner, or go to File > Download to save a copy to your device.

By following these steps, you can easily create a personal version of the design without affecting the original template shared with you.
